House sales lead the way in Gordon, with 111 sales (sharply up 23.3%) at around $882.5k (down 1.8%) as of July 2026, taking about 26 days to sell (down from 32 days last year), with 3-bedroom making up about half.

House rentals are a much smaller second, with 41 leases at $670 a week, renting out in about 14 days (down from 21 days last year), one of the ACT's most in-demand house rental markets, with 3-bedroom dominating at around two-thirds.
