House sales sit just behind, with 94 sales (sharply up 22.1%) at around $806k (up 8.3%), taking about 20 days to sell (down from 27 days last year), one of NSW's most in-demand house markets, with just under half being 3-bedroom. Followed by 3 unit rentals at $425 a week.
