Horsley's biggest market is house sales, with 134 sales (sharply down 23.4%) at around $1M (up 11.7%) as of July 2026, taking about 21 days to sell (down from 26 days last year), one of NSW's most in-demand house markets, just under half of homes are 4-bedroom.
