Tuncurry has one of Australia's most balanced markets, led narrowly by unit rentals, with 103 leases (sharply down 20.8%) at $465 a week (up 5.7%) as of July 2026, renting out in about 16 days (down from 18 days last year), with 2-bedroom dominating at around two-thirds.

Unit sales are nearly as big, with 91 sales (down 9%) at around $591k (up 13.7%), taking about 47 days to sell (up a lot from 36 days last year), with prices growing faster than most unit markets in NSW, with more than half being 2-bedroom. Followed by 71 house sales at around $850k (up) and 41 house rentals at $640 a week.

House covers houses, duplexes, semi-detached and terraces; Unit covers apartments, units, townhouses and villas.
