Edge Hill's four markets run roughly even — unit rentals just edge ahead, with 89 leases (up 1.1%) at $490 a week (up 10.1%) as of July 2026, renting out in about 16 days, with more than half being 2-bedroom.

House rentals follow closely, with 72 leases at $720 a week (up), renting out in about 20 days (down from 22 days last year), just over half of homes are 3-bedroom. Then come 67 house sales at around $982k (up sharply), one of the country's strongest house price gains. 39 unit sales at around $431k (among the country's strongest unit price gains).
