House rentals lead in Kingston, with 208 leases (down 4.1%) at $595 a week (up 9.2%) as of July 2026, renting out in about 24 days (up from 21 days last year), with 3-bedroom dominating at around two-thirds.

House sales follow closely, with 155 sales (up 1.3%) at around $831k (up 20.3%), taking about 22 days to sell (up from 19 days last year), more sought-after than most house markets in Queensland, with more than half being 3-bedroom. Then come 50 unit rentals at $520 a week. 48 unit sales at around $630k (one of the country's strongest unit price gains).
