Cannonvale's four markets run roughly even — unit rentals just edge ahead, with 215 leases (sharply up 21.5%) at $595 a week (up 7.2%) as of July 2026, renting out in about 21 days (up from 18 days last year), with 2-bedroom the most common at around 65%.

Unit sales follow closely, with 154 sales (down 0.6%) at around $516k (up 29%), taking about 30 days to sell (up from 22 days last year), among the country's strongest unit price gains, with more than half being 2-bedroom. Rounding it out, 138 house rentals at $855 a week (up 9.6%) and 136 house sales at around $881k (up 10.3%).
