Caboolture property market

House rentals top Caboolture, but only narrowly, with 577 leases (down 4.3%) at $655 a week (up 10.1%) as of July 2026, renting out in about 18 days, one of the country's most in-demand house rental markets, mostly 4-bedroom (around 60%).

House sales sit just behind, with 517 sales (down 14.8%) at around $892.5k (up 19%), taking about 25 days to sell (up from 21 days last year), among the most sought-after house markets nationally, with just over half being 4-bedroom. Then come 393 unit rentals at $505 a week (up 7.4%) and 153 unit sales at around $572.5k.

House covers houses, duplexes, semi-detached and terraces; Unit covers apartments, units, townhouses and villas.
