Scarborough has one of Australia's most balanced markets, led narrowly by unit rentals, with 145 leases (down 5.8%) at $700 a week (up 8.5%) as of July 2026, renting out in about 18 days (up from 17 days last year), more sought-after than most house rental markets nationally, with 3-bedroom the most common (around 4 in 10).
