Most of Sherwood's recent activity is unit rentals, with 153 leases (up 6.3%) at $645 a week (up 3.2%) as of July 2026, renting out in about 15 days (down from 16 days last year), more sought-after than most unit rental markets nationally, with 2-bedroom dominating at around two-thirds.
