St Clair's busiest market is house rentals, but only just, with 100 leases (sharply up 23.5%) at $625 a week (up 3.3%), renting out in about 14 days (down from 15 days last year), one of the country's most in-demand house rental markets, with 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom about even at around 45% each.

House sales sit just behind, with 76 sales (sharply up 31%) at around $775K (up 9.3%), taking about 20 days to sell (down from 23 days last year), just over half of homes are 2-bedroom. Then come 49 unit sales at around $663K (up). 32 unit rentals at $560 a week (among the most sought-after unit rental markets in SA).
