Eaton's busiest market is house sales, with 133 sales (sharply down 20.4%) at around $719k (up 17.9%) as of July 2026, taking about 13 days to sell (down from 15 days last year), one of the country's most in-demand house markets, with more than half being 4-bedroom.

House rentals follow closely, with 132 leases (down 2.2%) at $650 a week (up 2.4%), renting out in about 24 days (up from 19 days last year), just over half of homes are 4-bedroom. Rounding it out, 13 unit sales at around $530.5k and 7 unit rentals at $635 a week.
