House rentals follow, with 109 leases (down 19.9%) at $845 a week (up 6.3%), renting out in about 14 days (down from 16 days last year), one of the most sought-after house rental markets in the country, with 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom roughly tied at around 50% each.
