House sales narrowly top Duncraig, with 168 sales (sharply down 20.4%) at around $1.484M (up 16.7%) as of July 2026, taking about 12 days to sell, one of the country's most in-demand house markets, with 4-bedroom the most common at around 60%.

House rentals follow, with 109 leases (down 19.9%) at $845 a week (up 6.3%), renting out in about 14 days (down from 16 days last year), one of the most sought-after house rental markets in the country, with 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom roughly tied at around 50% each. Rounding it out, 13 unit sales at around $866k and 12 unit rentals at $725 a week.
