House sales come next, with 156 sales (sharply down 27.4%) at around $827k (up 19.3%), taking about 14 days to sell (up from 12 days last year), one of the country's most in-demand house markets, with around half being 4-bedroom. Then come 16 unit sales at around $622k and 12 unit rentals at $580 a week.
