Terrigal's four markets run roughly even — unit rentals just edge ahead, with 183 leases (down 3.7%) at $750 a week (up 0.7%) as of July 2026, renting out in about 17 days, with rents weaker than most unit rental markets, with 3-bedroom making up about half.

House rentals follow closely, with 181 leases (down 6.2%) at $905 a week (up 6.5%), renting out in about 18 days (up from 17 days last year), among NSW's most in-demand house rental markets, with 4-bedroom the most common (around 4 in 10). Rounding it out, 153 house sales at around $1.627M (up 2.7%) and 104 unit sales at around $1.202M (up 4%).
