Unit rentals lead the way in Maroubra, with 1,050 leases (flat) at $875 a week (up 5.4%) as of July 2026, renting out in about 19 days (up from 15 days last year), one of the country's most in-demand unit rental markets, mostly 2-bedroom (around 60%).
House rentals are the only other notable market, with 312 leases (down 3.1%) at $1,400 a week (up 1.1%), renting out in about 21 days (down from 24 days last year), with 3-bedroom the most common at around 38%. Followed by 244 unit sales at around $1.149M (one of the most sought-after unit markets in NSW). 242 house sales at around $2.977M (with buyers showing up in numbers across NSW).
