Clovelly's busiest market is unit rentals, with 156 leases (down 16.6%) at $1,050 a week (up 5.5%), renting out in about 16 days (down from 19 days last year), among the country's most in-demand unit rental markets, with 2-bedroom the most common at around 60%.

Unit sales make up a much smaller share, with 46 sales at around $1.861M (up), taking about 21 days to sell (up from 19 days last year), with more than half being 2-bedroom. Rounding it out, 46 house sales at around $6.548M (up sharply), one of the country's strongest house price gains. 45 house rentals at $1,920 a week (down), among the country's biggest house rent drops.
