Dubbo property market

Dubbo's busiest market is house rentals, with 992 leases (up 6.2%) at $580 a week (up 12.6%) as of July 2026, renting out in about 17 days (down from 18 days last year), one of the country's most in-demand house rental markets, just under half of homes are 3-bedroom.

House sales are close behind, with 958 sales (up 10.4%) at around $676k (up 14.4%), taking about 30 days to sell, among the most sought-after house markets nationally, with 4-bedroom making up around 4 in 10. Then come 236 unit rentals at $390 a week. 49 unit sales at around $430k (one of NSW's strongest unit price gains).

House covers houses, duplexes, semi-detached and terraces; Unit covers apartments, units, townhouses and villas.
