House rentals top Flinders, but only narrowly, with 76 leases (down 11.6%) at $775 a week (up 4%) as of July 2026, renting out in about 17 days (down from 18 days last year), more sought-after than most house rental markets in NSW, with 3-bedroom homes making up around 60%.

House sales are close behind, with 68 sales at around $1.125M (up), taking about 27 days to sell (down from 28 days last year), around half are 4-bedroom. Followed by 34 unit rentals at $670 a week (up). 28 unit sales at around $879k (with prices growing faster than most unit markets in NSW).
