East Albury's four markets run roughly even — unit rentals just edge ahead, with 115 leases (down 15.4%) at $393 a week (up 7.7%) as of July 2026, renting out in about 20 days (up from 16 days last year), with 2-bedroom homes making up around two-thirds.

House rentals follow closely, with 112 leases (down 1.8%) at $573 a week (up 8.1%), renting out in about 23 days (up from 21 days last year), with 3-bedroom the most common at around 65%. Rounding it out, 106 house sales at around $778k (up 6.6%) and 31 unit sales at around $381k.
