Swansea's busiest market is house sales, but only just, with 94 sales (sharply up 42.4%) at around $1.152M (up 13.1%) as of July 2026, taking about 42 days to sell (up a lot from 27 days last year), just under half of homes are 3-bedroom.

House rentals sit just behind, with 80 leases (sharply up 40.4%) at $693 a week (up 6.6%), renting out in about 21 days (up from 20 days last year), around half are 3-bedroom. Followed by 37 unit sales at around $788k (up sharply), among the country's strongest unit price gains. 32 unit rentals at $498 a week.

House covers houses, duplexes, semi-detached and terraces; Unit covers apartments, units, townhouses and villas.
