Kirrawee's busiest market is unit rentals, but only just, with 192 leases (down 8.6%) at $780 a week (up 4.7%), renting out in about 12 days (down from 18 days last year), one of the country's most in-demand unit rental markets, mostly 2-bedroom (around 60%).

Unit sales sit just behind, with 143 sales (down 12.3%) at around $911K (up 0.2%), taking about 19 days to sell (down from 21 days last year), with just over half being 2-bedroom. Followed by 100 house sales at around $1.778M (up 1.2%), with prices weaker than most house markets. 82 house rentals at $1,005 a week (up 5.8%), one of the most sought-after house rental markets in the country.
