House sales narrowly top Calliope, with 125 sales (sharply down 33.2%) at around $649.5k (up 15.8%) as of July 2026, taking about 22 days to sell (up a lot from 10 days last year), more sought-after than most house markets nationally, with 4-bedroom homes making up around two-thirds.

House rentals are nearly as big, with 104 leases (up 15.6%) at $585 a week (up 5.4%), renting out in about 25 days (up from 16 days last year), with 4-bedroom dominating at around 80%. Then come 13 unit rentals at $445 a week and 8 unit sales at around $415k.
