Dalby's biggest market is house sales, with 258 sales (down 15.7%) at around $565k (up 28.4%) as of July 2026, taking about 30 days to sell (up from 21 days last year), one of the country's strongest house price gains, with 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom roughly tied at around 40% each.
