House rentals are North Lakes's top market, with 531 leases (down 7.8%) at $705 a week (up 6%) as of July 2026, renting out in about 18 days (down from 19 days last year), one of the country's most in-demand house rental markets, with 4-bedroom dominating at around two-thirds.

House sales follow, with 326 sales (down 10.2%) at around $1.03M (up 13.4%), taking about 20 days to sell (up from 15 days last year), among the most sought-after house markets nationally, with more than half being 4-bedroom. Rounding it out, 89 unit rentals at $625 a week and 67 unit sales at around $778.5k.

House covers houses, duplexes, semi-detached and terraces; Unit covers apartments, units, townhouses and villas.
