Warner's busiest market is house rentals, with 180 leases (up 17.6%) at $725 a week (up 3.6%) as of July 2026, renting out in about 14 days, one of the country's most in-demand house rental markets, with 4-bedroom the most common at around 80%.

House sales are close behind, with 161 sales (down 15.3%) at around $1.148M (up 19.3%), taking about 22 days to sell (up a lot from 12 days last year), more sought-after than most house markets in Queensland, with 4-bedroom the most common at around two-thirds. Rounding it out, 33 unit rentals at $530 a week and 17 unit sales at around $725k.
