Unit sales follow, with 468 sales (sharply up 20.3%) at around $651K (up 2.7%), taking about 24 days to sell (down from 25 days last year), among the most sought-after unit markets nationally, with 2-bedroom the most common at around 60%. Rounding it out, 125 house sales at around $2.15M. 95 house rentals at $1,100 a week (one of Victoria's strongest house rent gains).
