Most of what happens in Bondi is unit rentals, with 604 leases (down 5.2%) at $1,020 a week (up 4.1%) as of July 2026, renting out in about 15 days (down from 16 days last year), one of the country's most in-demand unit rental markets, with more than half being 2-bedroom.
Unit sales are a much smaller second, with 159 sales (up 1.3%) at around $1.482M (down 1.2%), taking about 24 days to sell (up from 23 days last year), among the most sought-after unit markets in NSW, with 2-bedroom the most common at around 60%. Followed by 99 house rentals at $1,795 a week (among the country's strongest house rent gains). 53 house sales at around $4.249M.
