Most of Bronte's recent activity is unit rentals, with 241 leases (down 6.9%) at $995 a week (up 7.6%) as of July 2026, renting out in about 16 days (down from 17 days last year), more sought-after than most unit rental markets nationally, with 2-bedroom the most common at around 60%.
House sales are a much smaller second, with 63 sales at around $5.674M (down), taking about 25 days to sell, among the country's biggest house price drops, around half are 4-bedroom. Followed by 59 unit sales at around $1.708M and 54 house rentals at $2,000 a week.
