Chatswood runs almost entirely on unit rentals, with 1,018 leases (down 8.6%) at $850 a week (up 6.9%), renting out in about 18 days (down from 22 days last year), one of the country's most in-demand unit rental markets, around half are 2-bedroom.

Unit sales are the only other notable market, with 282 sales (up 2.5%) at around $1.093M (down 5.9%), taking about 30 days to sell (up from 24 days last year), among the country's biggest unit price drops, just over half of homes are 2-bedroom.
