Bungalow is a mixed market — unit rentals narrowly lead, with 66 leases at $465 a week (up) as of July 2026, renting out in about 16 days (down from 23 days last year), one of the country's strongest unit rent gains, with 2-bedroom the most common at around two-thirds.

Unit sales are close behind, with 43 sales at around $365.5k (up), taking about 19 days to sell (up from 15 days last year), just over half of homes are 2-bedroom. Rounding it out, 37 house rentals at $605 a week (up). 26 house sales at around $696k (up sharply), among the country's strongest house price gains.
