Most of Redlynch's activity is house sales, with 163 sales (sharply down 31.2%) at around $903k (up 15.9%) as of July 2026, taking about 15 days to sell (up from 14 days last year), one of the country's most in-demand house markets, mostly 4-bedroom (around 65%).

House rentals sit just behind, with 151 leases (down 4.4%) at $773 a week (up 2.4%), renting out in about 19 days (up from 17 days last year), mostly 4-bedroom (around two-thirds).
