House sales are nearly as big, with 89 sales (sharply up 53.4%) at around $749k (up 9.5%), taking about 37 days to sell (up from 32 days last year), with 3-bedroom the most common (around 36%). Rounding it out, 75 unit rentals at $430 a week (up 3.6%) and 32 unit sales at around $499k.
