Toorak's busiest market is unit rentals, with 410 leases (down 16.7%) at $655 a week (up 8.3%) as of July 2026, renting out in about 18 days (down from 21 days last year), more sought-after than most unit rental markets in Victoria, with just over half being 2-bedroom.
