House sales just edge ahead in North Beach — all four markets are busy, with 40 sales at around $2.102M (up sharply) as of July 2026, taking about 13 days to sell (down from 22 days last year), one of the country's strongest house price gains, with more than half being 3-bedroom.

Unit rentals are nearly as big, with 29 leases at $695 a week, renting out in about 15 days (down from 16 days last year), with rents weaker than most unit rental markets, with 2-bedroom homes making up around 85%. Rounding it out, 26 house rentals at $1,045 a week (up) and 8 unit sales at around $851k.
