Most of Beeliar's activity is house sales, with 112 sales (sharply down 21.1%) at around $1.049M (up 24.6%) as of July 2026, taking about 12 days to sell (up from 11 days last year), one of the country's most in-demand house markets, mostly 4-bedroom (around 80%).

House rentals sit just behind, with 95 leases (up 3.3%) at $750 a week (up 2%), renting out in about 17 days (up from 15 days last year), more sought-after than most house rental markets nationally, with just over half being 4-bedroom.
