Safety Bay's biggest market is house sales, with 125 sales (down 16.1%) at around $850.5k (up 18.3%) as of July 2026, taking about 14 days to sell (up from 13 days last year), one of the country's most in-demand house markets, with just over half being 3-bedroom.
