Unit rentals dominate Edgecliff — houses make up a tiny share, with 181 leases (down 8.1%) at $800 a week (up 7.4%), renting out in about 17 days (down from 18 days last year), more sought-after than most unit rental markets nationally, with 1-bedroom making up about half.

Unit sales are a much smaller second, with 41 sales at around $1.549M (up), taking about 26 days to sell (down from 27 days last year), with prices growing faster than most unit markets in NSW, with around half being 2-bedroom. Followed by 27 house rentals at $1,418 a week (one of the country's strongest house rent gains). 13 house sales at around $4.148M.
