Belfield has one of Australia's most balanced markets, led narrowly by unit rentals, with 65 leases at $750 a week as of July 2026, renting out in about 20 days (down from 21 days last year), with more than half being 2-bedroom.

House rentals follow closely, with 60 leases at $1,005 a week (up sharply), renting out in about 28 days (up from 27 days last year), one of the country's strongest house rent gains, with just over half being 3-bedroom.
