Rozelle is a mixed market — unit rentals narrowly lead, with 204 leases (sharply down 20%) at $800 a week (flat) as of July 2026, renting out in about 19 days (down from 22 days last year), among the country's biggest unit rent drops, just over half of homes are 1-bedroom.

House rentals sit just behind, with 152 leases (down 9.5%) at $1,145 a week (up 18%), renting out in about 16 days (down from 18 days last year), one of the country's strongest house rent gains, with 3-bedroom the most common at around 39%.
