Macquarie Park is mostly a unit rentals market — house activity is almost zero, with 1,187 leases (down 1.3%) at $775 a week (up 6.9%) as of July 2026, renting out in about 20 days, among the country's most in-demand unit rental markets, around half are 2-bedroom.
