Clayfield's busiest market is unit rentals, with 451 leases (down 0.7%) at $600 a week (up 10.1%) as of July 2026, renting out in about 15 days (up from 14 days last year), one of the country's most in-demand unit rental markets, with 2-bedroom homes making up around two-thirds.

Unit sales are a much smaller second, with 180 sales (down 10%) at around $820k (up 19.6%), taking about 18 days to sell (up from 12 days last year), one of the most sought-after unit markets in the country, with 2-bedroom dominating at around 75%.
