Most of Toowong's recent activity is unit rentals, with 636 leases (down 7.6%) at $695 a week (up 7.8%) as of July 2026, renting out in about 15 days (down from 18 days last year), one of the country's most in-demand unit rental markets, with 2-bedroom homes making up around two-thirds.
Unit sales are a much smaller second, with 227 sales (down 15.3%) at around $896k (up 23%), taking about 15 days to sell, one of the most sought-after unit markets in the country, with 2-bedroom the most common at around 60%. Then come 161 house rentals at $820 a week and 74 house sales at around $1.917M.
