House rentals are close behind, with 183 leases (down 6.6%) at $1,355 a week (up 10.6%), renting out in about 23 days (down from 27 days last year), with rents growing faster than most house rental markets nationally. Followed by 108 unit rentals at $790 a week (up 8.2%). 91 unit sales at around $1.208M (up 18.4%), among NSW's strongest unit price gains.
