Wahroonga's busiest market is house sales, but only just, with 210 sales (down 1.4%) at around $2.862M (up 3.8%) as of July 2026, taking about 23 days to sell, one of NSW's most in-demand house markets, with 4-bedroom making up around 4 in 10.

House rentals are close behind, with 183 leases (down 6.6%) at $1,355 a week (up 10.6%), renting out in about 23 days (down from 27 days last year), with rents growing faster than most house rental markets nationally. Followed by 108 unit rentals at $790 a week (up 8.2%). 91 unit sales at around $1.208M (up 18.4%), among NSW's strongest unit price gains.
