Unit rentals lead the way in St Lucia, with 515 leases (up 0.8%) at $705 a week (up 9.3%) as of July 2026, renting out in about 24 days (up from 23 days last year), with 2-bedroom the most common at around two-thirds.

Unit sales come a distant second, with 173 sales (up 5.5%) at around $884k (up 17.1%), taking about 18 days to sell (down from 19 days last year), one of the country's most in-demand unit markets, with 2-bedroom homes making up around 60%. Followed by 160 house rentals at $920 a week (up 6.4%). 73 house sales at around $2.128M (with prices weaker than most house markets).
