Docklands property market
Most of Docklands's activity is unit rentals, with 1,737 leases (down 2.4%) at $695 a week (up 3%) as of July 2026, renting out in about 21 days (down from 24 days last year), one of the country's most in-demand unit rental markets, just over half of homes are 2-bedroom.
Unit sales make up a much smaller share, with 611 sales (down 0.5%) at around $581k (down 5.1%), taking about 40 days to sell (up from 34 days last year), around half are 2-bedroom. Followed by 35 house rentals at $1,125 a week (among the country's biggest house rent drops).
