House rentals follow closely, with 136 leases (up 2.3%) at $750 a week (up 11.1%), renting out in about 16 days (down from 19 days last year), among the most sought-after house rental markets nationally, with 4-bedroom making up about half. Then come 8 unit sales at around $645k and 7 unit rentals at $660 a week.
