Unit sales are a much smaller second, with 492 sales (down 14.1%) at around $787k (up 19.2%), taking about 21 days to sell (up from 20 days last year), one of the most sought-after unit markets in the country, with 2-bedroom and 1-bedroom roughly tied at around 45% each. Followed by 57 house rentals at $795 a week (less sought-after than most house rental markets).
