Waterloo is mostly a unit rentals market — house activity is almost zero, with 1,106 leases (down 7.7%) at $983 a week (up 2.9%), renting out in about 23 days (up from 21 days last year), more sought-after than most unit rental markets nationally, with 2-bedroom making up about half.
